I started to eat more sweets especially chocolate. It helped with the cravings and it still does today. I also drink more coffee and smoke more cigerettes. Now I am starting to want to quit smoking....

I didn't have a craving for sweets when I first got sober. I had a craving for alcohol. Sweets helped to alleviate those cravings in the short term. Used to carry around a small bag of hard candy...
